How We Work
We work with your vision and taste to design unique and customized cakes and confections that are then baked and hand decorated according to your order. To assist with cake creation process, we meet with each client via phone, e-mail and electronic drawings, or of course face-to-face consultations to be sure the design is exactly what you want. We also provide traditional, vegan, and gluten free cake and filling options to help meet your special diet delights and needs. We want to make sure you love your cake!
When creating cakes, we focus on flavor using cooking procedures and ingredients that intensify natural flavors instead of overusing sugar. Customers often comment with pleasant surprise that our cakes are not too sweet yet still decadent, rich, and exceptional.
Who We Are
The founder and chef, Linda Fedele Brudz, studied pastry arts at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York, then continued her education working at "L'Oasis" (2 Michelin stars) and "Patisserie Cottard", prestigious patisseries in southern France. She developed her style as the pastry chef for several award winning restaurants and chefs including "Esca", "Tuscan", and "Restaurant L".
Working in these and other prestigious pastry shops and caterers familiarized her with indigenous desserts to France, Italy, Belgium, and the United States. Through this experience, she adapts and applies various techniques and flavors to invent new classics from European and American recipes.
Where We Send Our Products
We offer our products in Boston and the surrounding areas. We hand deliver each order, and do not ship our products.
