Seek Excellence
The founder and chef, Linda Fedele Brudz, first studied pastry arts at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York and then continued her education in southern France, working at L'Oasis (2 Michelin stars) and Patisserie Cottard. Linda honed her style as the pastry chef for several award- winning restaurants and caterers, including Esca and Tuscan in New York City, and Restaurant L in Boston.
Working with prestigious chefs here and abroad familiarized Linda with desserts indigenous to France, Italy, Belgium, and the United States. As a cake designer, Linda uses her experience to apply and adapt a wide variety of techniques and flavors with the goal of inventing new classics from European and American recipes.
